The Li River belongs to the Xijiang Water System in the Pearl River Basin. The name of the Li River is a general term of the tributary of the upper reaches of the Guijiang River. It starts from Cat Mountain (Mao’er Mountain) in Xing’an and ends at the Sanjiangkou in Pingle. The total length of the Li River is 164 kilometers. |

Among the tributaries, Yulong River is the longest in Yangshuo. It is 43.5 kilometers. It flows through Jinbao, Putao, Baisha, Yangshuo, and Gaotian Towns. The highlights along the river are Fuli Old Bridge, Yulong Bridge, Guiyi Old City Site, Xiangui Bridge, Jiuxian Village and Cuiping Hill. In addition, locals offer traditional bamboo rafting on the Yulong River. |
